Volunteers from the Chico Target Store converged on the parking lot of Chico Community Children's Center this Saturday ripping, clipping and tearing into the vegetation, compost, mulch and sand piles and finally leaving the Children's garden and parking lot landscaping looking and feeling as if it had just received a much needed scrubbing.
